Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Organization details: organization name, contact information, and UPI payment settings you configure.
• Collection and expense records you or your organization enters, including donor names, phone numbers, amounts and descriptions.
• Information from Google, if you choose to sign in with Google, limited to what Google provides for authentication.

Information is used to:

• Provide the collection, receipt, expense, logbook, dashboard and reporting features you use.
• Authenticate your account and secure access to your organization's data.
• Send transactional communications, such as receipts and notifications you or your organization trigger.
• Maintain and improve the reliability of the service.

We do not sell your data. Information within an organization (collections, receipts, expenses, logbook, reports) is visible to members of that organization according to their role. We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting, email delivery and storage) to operate the service; these providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We retain account and organization data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

You can update your account details from within the app. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at support@chendavasool.com.
